I recently had a great experience doing corporate Catering in Rochester NY.
Corporate catering can be more than just sandwiches, as I have found out by doing a nice hot luncheon. After returning to pick up the equipment from the luncheon, one of the guests chased me down and handed me a napkin with her name and phone number. She was thrilled with the lunch and said “I have no expectations for a corporate luncheon and this was more than I expected . Are you available this weekend?”. That was a nice complement to hear about what we had done and what we always do .
